Q: I already have an app that's half-finished or broken. Do you take those?
A: Yes. I've maintained one app through 3.5 years of releases and taken over other people's codebases. Send me the repo and I'll tell you honestly whether to continue it or rebuild.
Q: What happens if something breaks after delivery?
A: Message me. I fix bugs in delivered work free for 14 days, and I document the code so your own developer can take over anytime.
