We have divided the packages into 3 according to both your budget and department demand for you. If you are undecided, you can write to us from the chat
3. Is it possible to add a new building for the structures that are not in my current parcel?
Yes, we have reserved the "+additional structure" section of the project you requested for additional buildings or arrangements within the packages.
4. Do you include setbacks in the site plan drawing?
We only give it for gold package. If you are requesting these, you can write us the setback distances you have obtained from the department.
5. Do you deliver stamped site plans?
No, many departments in America do not want stamped delivery. We deliver the site plan as a not stamped project, with the autocad file and pdf version, in accordance with the necessary dimensions and scale.
6. Can I add and change the vicinity map, Impervious surface calculations, topography lines, paper dimensions ?
For each of these, we have added sections where you can make the necessary additions and subtractions and give you flexibility when you choose the package. If you have any further questions regarding these details, you can contact our Urban Design specialist via chat.
7. When we provide the address of the parcel, how do you access the dimensions of the parcel and the information of building in the relevant area?
First of all, with the arcgis system, we find the parcel at the address you gave us and take the measurements, and we can access the relevant building from the system. If the data is not sufficient, we ask you for measurements.
8. In addition to the site/plot plan, do you deliver elevation, floor plan, elevation and structural drawings?
Of course we do, please contact us with your documents and dimensions.
