What costs do I pay besides your fee?

How soon can I start sending after delivery?
New mailboxes need 14 to 21 days of warmup before real campaigns. I configure warmup on day one and tell you the exact safe launch date. Skipping warmup is how domains get burned, so I never skip it.
Do you also write the email copy and build lead lists?
My core gig is the infrastructure layer, because that is what decides inbox placement. I do offer sequence setup in the Premium tier and can quote copy and lead sourcing as a custom add on.
