Which Odoo versions and editions do you work with?
Community and Enterprise, on Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or your own server, on current versions. Some features differ between editions, so tell me yours before ordering and I will confirm what we can set up.
How do the training sessions work?
Live on Zoom or Google Meet, at a time that suits your time zone. I work in your own database or a test copy, record the session, and send written steps afterwards so your team can repeat each task.
Can you train my whole team?
Yes, one-to-one or as a group. Each session covers one area, such as invoices and bills, bank reconciliation or month-end reports, so each person learns the tasks they actually do.
Can you move my books from QuickBooks, Xero or Shopify into Odoo?
Yes. Chart of accounts, customers, vendors, products and opening balances can move across. Message me your current system and how much history you need, and I will send a custom offer.
Do you help with Odoo modules other than accounting?
Yes. Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Invoicing and CRM, with the focus on getting what they post to your books right. Payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal can be connected to the right journals too.
Can I get Odoo support after the order is delivered?
Yes. Add extra hours to any package, or ask me for a monthly Odoo support plan as a custom offer.
