Can the bot reply in multiple languages?
Yes! From the Standard package it supports English, French, Arabic and German. Premium supports unlimited languages.
Do I need to pay for hosting?
The bot needs to run somewhere. I'll guide you to deploy it for free/low-cost, or deploy it for you (Premium). AI API costs are separate, or we can use free open-source models (Ollama).
Will the bot remember previous conversations?
Yes — from the Standard package the bot has conversation memory and remembers each user. Premium adds a full knowledge base (RAG).
