Yes. You need an active account with the features required for your project. Software subscriptions are separate from my service, and I will confirm the necessary access before starting.
Can you fix an existing Triple Whale setup?
Yes. I can investigate pixel issues, disconnected integrations, tracking parameters and missing purchase data. Basic includes an audit and action plan; fixes are quoted separately or included in an agreed implementation package.
Is Northbeam included with Triple Whale?
Each package covers one platform: Triple Whale or Northbeam. Please message me before ordering Northbeam so I can confirm your requirements. If you need both platforms, I will create a custom offer.
Can you configure COGS and profit reporting?
Yes. For Triple Whale, Premium can include COGS and reporting configuration using the product costs and other relevant figures you supply, within your account’s available features. Large catalogues or complex bundle costing need a custom quote.
Will my reports match Meta Ads or Google Ads exactly?
Not necessarily. Attribution models, reporting windows and platform settings can produce different totals. I check integrations and test tracking, then explain any issues or limitations found rather than promise identical reports.
