FAQ
Will the animations work on both Twitch and Kick?
Yes. All files are delivered in formats compatible with OBS, Streamlabs, and other streaming software, so they work on any platform, including Twitch and Kick.
Can you design my logo from scratch if I don’t have one?
Absolutely. If you don’t have a logo, message me before ordering and I’ll create a custom design based on your brief. A custom logo design may require a Gig Extra depending on complexity.
How many revisions do I get, and what formats will I receive?
Revisions depend on your package (2 on Basic, 3 on Standard, unlimited on Premium). You’ll receive your animations in WebM, MP4, and GIF with transparent backgrounds where applicable, plus a static PNG of your logo.
