1. Do you work only on Shopify?
Yes. I focus on Shopify and fix JavaScript, Liquid, HTML and CSS problems in Shopify themes, including Online Store 2.0 themes, custom code and issues caused by apps.
2. Do I need to message you before ordering?
Yes, please. Send your store link and describe what’s not working, with a screenshot if you can. That lets me confirm I can fix it and recommend the right package before you pay.
3. What kinds of JavaScript errors can you fix?
Console errors, broken buttons, popups, sliders, menus, cart drawers and variant pickers, plus script errors after a theme update, app install or code edit. I find the cause and fix it.
4. Will my live store be affected while you work?
No. I work on a duplicate of your theme, test it on mobile and desktop and send you a preview. I publish the fix only after you approve it, so your live store stays safe.
5. Can you fix errors caused by apps?
Yes, when the conflict is between your theme and an app, I can usually resolve it. If the error is inside the app’s own code, I’ll explain that and suggest contacting the app developer.
6. Do you need my store password?
No. Please never share main passwords. A Shopify staff or collaborator account with theme access is enough, and you can remove it as soon as the work is finished.
7. Can you fix checkout page errors?
Shopify limits custom code on checkout to most plans, so I can’t edit it freely. I fix scripts on your cart, product and theme pages and will tell you honestly what is possible.
8. What if you can’t fix my issue?
I’ll tell you honestly after reviewing it, ideally before you order. If the cause is outside your theme, such as a Shopify platform issue, I’ll explain it and suggest the best next step.
9. Can you build new features or sections?
