What access do you need to fix my Shopify store?
I need collaborator access to your Shopify store. This is a safe, Shopify-approved method — I send you a collaborator request from my Shopify Partner account and you approve only the permissions needed. You can remove my access any time after the work is done.
Will fixing the issue change my store design?
No. I only touch what is causing the problem. Your store design, layout, products, and branding will stay exactly as they are. I will always confirm with you before making any changes beyond the agreed fix.
What if you cannot fix my issue?
I will be completely honest. If I diagnose the issue and it is beyond the scope of this gig, I will tell you upfront and issue a full refund. I do not take your money for work I cannot deliver.
