About this gig
Typing invoice details into a spreadsheet one by one is slow, boring and easy to get wrong. I build n8n workflows that read your invoices and receipts using AI and OCR, pull out key details such as supplier, invoice number, date, tax and total, and send them straight to Google Sheets or Airtable. You get clean data, and anything the workflow is unsure about is flagged for you to check. Every workflow is tested on your samples, and I send you simple notes so you can run it yourself.
What your workflow does:
- Collects invoices from Gmail or Google Drive
- Reads PDFs and clear scans or photos
