Yes. The automation runs on your Zapier account so you keep full ownership. A free account works for simple two-step Zaps. Multi-step workflows (for example, Sheets plus Gmail plus alerts) may need a paid plan, and I will tell you before I start.
What access do you need from me?
I need access to your Facebook Page or Business Manager (with permission to manage lead forms), your Google account for Sheets and Gmail, and your Zapier account. I can guide you on how to share access safely, and you can remove it when the job is done.
Is my data safe?
I only use your data to build and test the automation. I won’t store, share, or use your leads. After delivery, you can remove my access.
How long does it take?
Basic usually takes 1 to 2 days, Standard 2 to 3 days, and Premium 3 to 5 days. If you need it sooner, ask about fast delivery.
Will it work for multiple Facebook forms or campaigns?
