We review PLC programs, find the cause of faults and write or modify the code when needed, with 10+ years of programming and commissioning automated machines and robot cells behind us.

What we look at:

• Sequence logic, interlocks and restart after an interruption
• Movement timeouts and fault handling
• Alarm texts and diagnostics
• Structure, naming and reusability of blocks
• A specific fault you describe: we trace it in the code and explain the cause

What is delivered:

• A written report with findings sorted by priority (A blocks production, B fix before handover, C cleanup)
• A concrete fix proposed for each finding
• Answers to follow-up questions on the report

Platforms: Siemens (TIA Portal, STEP 7), Allen-Bradley (Studio 5000), Schneider and others. Please send a message before ordering with the platform, the software version and the project size. Larger programs, new function blocks and code changes are quoted as a custom offer.

The work is done offline on the project file or an export. It does not replace a safety validation on the machine, and we do not connect to live equipment in this package.
