FAQ
What information do you need to start my project?
I’ll need your sketches, measurements, existing drawings, site dimensions, reference images, or any specific requirements you have. The more details you provide, the more accurately I can prepare your drawings.
What types of drawings do you provide?
I provide house plans, floor plans, construction drawings, structural design and structural drawings, MEP drawings, ADU plans, kitchen designs, and deck drawings
Can you review my existing house plan or drawing?
Yes. I can review your existing drawings, identify areas that need improvement or clarification, and help develop them into a cleaner and more organized drawing based on your requirements.
Can you create a custom floor plan from my ideas?
Absolutely. You can provide a sketch, dimensions, room requirements, or even a simple description of your desired layout, and I can develop it into a professional floor plan.
Will the drawings be ready for construction or permits?
I can prepare professional, detailed drawings based on the project scope. However, permit and construction requirements vary by location, so drawings may need review, approval, or stamping by a locally licensed architect or engineer where required.
