Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account before ordering?
No—you don’t need everything ready. If you don’t have a WhatsApp Business number or API yet, message me. I’ll guide you or handle Meta Cloud API / provider setup (Twilio, 360dialog) so you’re ready before we build your bot.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Share your FAQs, website, or docs. Don’t have OpenAI or n8n yet? I’ll help you set them up. Tell me where to save leads (Sheets, Airtable, DB, or CRM)—or I’ll recommend the best option for your business.
Can the chatbot capture leads automatically?
Yes. On Standard and Premium packages, the bot collects details (name, phone, email, interest) and saves them via n8n to your spreadsheet, database, or CRM—with optional email/Slack alerts.
Will the bot answer only from my business information?
Basic uses preset FAQ flows. Standard/Premium can use custom prompts; Premium adds RAG so answers are grounded in your documents, PDFs, or website content.
How long does delivery take, and do you offer support after delivery?
Delivery is 3–7 days by package. I test on your WhatsApp number and include revisions per package. After delivery, I support fixes and setup issues included in your order after delivery. New features or scope changes are quoted separately.
