LedgerLoop is an AI back office for distributors and wholesalers. I built it, and I set it up for your business with your products, customers, prices, currency and language.

Your staff type or speak to it in English, Urdu, Roman Urdu, Arabic, Hindi or Spanish ("send 20 bags of urea to Malik Agro Store"). It checks stock and credit, drafts the order, plans the delivery, chases late payments, and each morning tells the owner what to look at first. Nothing that moves stock or money happens until the right person taps Approve. A driver can only close a delivery with the code the customer holds.

You get the phone app and an owner dashboard (sales, collections, who owes you by age, restocking, orders in progress) running on your own server, with your data in one file you can copy. No monthly fee to me for the software.

What it doesn't do yet: one currency per install. The Arabic, Hindi and Spanish screens are machine-translated, so have someone who speaks the language read them. Payroll only knows Pakistan and is off elsewhere. The daily briefing needs a paid Gemini or Groq key.
