What exactly is included?
Each package covers migration of the mailboxes, data types, and size limits listed. Basic is email only, Standard adds contacts and calendars, and Premium adds planning and MX cutover guidance.
What do I need to provide?
Your current platform, mailbox list, and the access listed under Buyer Requirements. I recommend invitation-based or temporary access rather than permanent passwords
How long will it take?
Delivery is 1, 3, or 5 days depending on the package. Large mailboxes or provider limits can extend transfer time, and I will tell you if so.
Will I lose any emails?
The process is planned to preserve your emails and folder structure, and I verify results against the source before closing out. Items that the source platform restricts or cannot export are flagged during planning.
Is my account data secure?
I only use the access needed for the migration, and I ask for delegated or temporary access where possible. Please remove my access and change any temporary passwords once the project is complete.
