Yes you do. Just indicate in your order as a gig add-on or send me a message and we'll discuss a reasonable timeframe for your transcript.
Where is my file kept after delivery?
Confidentiality is top priority when handling clients' file, therefore, files are deleted after work is marked completed.
In what format my file will be delivered?
Usually, transcription files are delivered in doc, .docx, and pdf format. If you need it in another format, please let me know and I'll deliver it in the required format.
I need subtitles. Can you provide subtitles?

What type of transcription you provide?
