What do you need from me to get started?
Just your address list in Excel or CSV, and a note on which column holds the addresses. If you'd like the map color-coded (by category, region, sales, etc.), tell me which field to use. That's it — I'll handle the rest.
My addresses are messy / incomplete. Can you still map them?
Usually yes. I clean and standardize addresses before geocoding, and most typical messiness is fine. If a handful of addresses can't be located, I'll flag them clearly rather than guess. For very incomplete data, message me first, and I'll take a look.
What's the difference between a static and an interactive map?
A static map is a clean image (PNG) — perfect for reports and slides. An interactive map (Standard & Premium) is an HTML file you can open in any browser to zoom, pan, and click points for details. Interactive is great for exploring the data yourself or sharing with a team.
Can you map international / non-US addresses?
Yes — I can geocode and map addresses worldwide, not just one country.
Will I get the underlying data, not just the map?
The map is included in every package. If you'd also like the geocoded coordinates as an Excel/CSV file, add the "Source Data File" extra, and I'll include it.
What if the map isn't quite what I wanted?
Every package includes revisions (1–3 depending on tier). Tell me what to adjust — styling, colors, labels — and I'll refine it until it's right.
