Ans: Yes I can change the both.
Q: Are you able to change the low resolution into high resolution?
Ans: Yes ! I can do this in the professional way. so don't worry.
Q: About the prices?
Ans: Some images are easy and can be done within a minutes but Other images are very complex and take days to be done. If you have complex image please contact me before placing the order so we can discuses. Its better you and me.
