Do you work on sites other than WordPress?
Yes. I fix WordPress, React, and plain HTML/CSS/JS sites. Send me your site link or a screenshot and I'll confirm the fix scope before you order.
What do you need from me to start?
Ideally your site link (or code/files) plus a clear description or screenshot of the bug. The clearer the info, the faster I can quote and deliver.
What if the issue turns out to be bigger than expected?
I'll tell you honestly before doing extra work. If it needs more than the package covers, I'll send a fair custom offer, no surprise charges.
How fast can you fix a WordPress or React bug?
Most single bugs are fixed within 1-2 days. Urgent issues can often be turned around same-day, message me first and I will confirm.
Do I need to give you admin or hosting access?
Usually yes, for WordPress that means admin login or FTP/cPanel access. For React apps, repo access (GitHub) or your local project files. I will tell you exactly what's needed once I see the issue.
What if you can't fix the bug?
This is rare, but if I genuinely can't resolve it, I will tell you honestly and you won't be charged for unfinished work.
Do you fix WooCommerce or e-commerce site issues?
Yes, WooCommerce plugin conflicts, checkout errors, and general e-commerce bugs are all within scope.
Can you fix issues after a bad developer left my site broken?
Yes, this is actually one of the most common jobs I get. Send me the site and a description of what's wrong, I will assess and fix it.
Do you offer ongoing support after the fix is delivered?
The package includes the revisions listed, and I'm happy to discuss an ongoing maintenance arrangement separately if you need regular support.
Will you explain what caused the bug so it doesn't happen again?
Yes. Along with the fix, I'll tell you what caused the issue in plain language, so you understand it and can avoid it (or know what to check first) if something similar comes up later.
