I work mainly with WordPress-based sites, including blogs, corporate pages, portfolios, and eCommerce. If you're not sure if your site applies, feel free to contact me before ordering.
How often will my site be updated?
Core, theme, and plugin updates are performed weekly to keep your platform secure and running smoothly.
Are backups included in every plan?
Yes, all plans include backups. Bronze has 1 weekly backup, Silver and Gold offer enhanced frequency for extra peace of mind.
What kind of content edits are included?
Depending on the plan, I’ll help you update texts, images, blog posts, products, and basic layout changes. It does not include full redesigns.
How do you protect my site?
Each plan includes security scans, plugin monitoring, and best practices for login protection, malware detection and performance optimization.
Will I receive reports?
Yes. Every month, you'll get a summary of actions taken: updates performed, issues fixed, performance insights and recommendations if needed.
What happens if my site goes down?
In the Silver and Gold plans, I monitor uptime 24/7. If your site goes offline, I’ll be alerted immediately and take action.
How fast is your support?
