Do I need to already have a website for this?
No — Basic and Standard both include building the website from scratch. If you already have one and just want automation added, let's chat before you order so I can quote it properly.
What tools does the automation connect to?
Most common ones: Gmail, Google Sheets, Slack, HubSpot, Notion, Calendly, WhatsApp, and most CRMs with an API. If you use something niche, message me first and I'll confirm it's compatible.
What happens if a workflow breaks after delivery?
Every automation I build includes basic error handling so you get notified if something fails instead of silently losing leads. Premium tier includes 30 days of priority support for anything workflow-related.
Can I request changes after the site is live?
Yes, within the revision rounds included in your package. Extra rounds or new automation workflows beyond what's scoped can be added for a small fee — just ask.
Do I need to know how n8n works to use this?
No. I set everything up and walk you through it with a short video or doc so you know what's running and where, but you won't need to touch n8n yourself unless you want to.
