Provide a picture (or two) and I can create it for you. The Sim could be yourself, a celebrity or a singer. I will make anyone. You will also need to provide me with the details of what you want the personality of the Sim to be like etc. You will also need to have the Sims 4, and a EA account so you can save the Sim I create for you in the gallery.
A side note: I cannot always create a Sim to be identical as there are restrictions in the game.
