I will build an ecommerce profit and margin dashboard in excel
AI and Business Workflow Automation Specialist
About this Gig
Are you making money after ads, shipping, fees and returns? Many online stores can't answer that. I build a profit and margin model that does.
WHAT YOU GET
- Profit per order and per product, after costs, fees and returns
- Your break-even point in orders per month
- A 12-month profit forecast that updates when you change price, ad spend or return rate
- A clean dashboard in Excel or Google Sheets
- A plain-English summary of what the numbers mean
HOW IT WORKS
1. You send your product prices, costs, order volume and ad spend. A rough spreadsheet or a short message is enough.
2. I build the model and send you a first version.
3. You review it, and I revise it within your package.
WHY ME
I build financial models and interactive dashboards for online stores and startups. I explain the results in plain language, so you can make decisions without a finance background.

FAQ
Do you include marketplace and payment fees?
Yes. Tell me your platform and I’ll include its fees in the model, using standard rates if you don’t know the exact numbers. You can change any rate yourself afterwards.
I don’t know my exact cost for each product. Can you still build this?
Yes. Send me what you have, such as supplier invoices or a rough estimate, and I’ll flag which numbers matter most, so you know where to be accurate.
Does the model account for returns and discounts?
Yes. Returns, discount codes and free shipping are all inputs, so you can see how each one cuts into profit per order.
How do I keep it updated after delivery?
You paste in your monthly orders, ad spend and costs, and the rest recalculates. It takes about 10 minutes, and I’ll show you where each number goes.
