Will my site go down during the upgrade?
No. The upgrade runs on a staging copy first and is fully tested there. The live site only changes once I know the new version works with your theme, plugins and data.
My upgrade already failed and the site is broken. Can you fix it?
Yes, that's a common reason people contact me. Send me the error and your hosting access and I'll tell you what's recoverable before you order.
How far back can you upgrade from?
I've handled multi-version jumps from much older releases. Older versions need intermediate steps and often PHP and database upgrades too — that's the Premium package.
Will I lose my courses, users or grades?
No. Everything is backed up before any work starts, and I keep the backup until you've confirmed the site is working.
What do you need from me?
Hosting or cPanel access and Moodle admin access. If you're unsure how to share these safely, order anyway and I'll walk you through it.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
