Scope of Maintenance:


  • Server Capacity Monitoring: I will regularly monitor your server capacity. If there is a potential overload, I will notify you to avoid your server getting down.
  • Regular Backups: I will perform regular backups of your website files. In case of any disaster, it can be restored using the existing backup files.
  • Update/Patching: For the WordPress platform, I perform regular updates for plugins and other modules to minimize the potential for cyberattacks.
  • Uptime Monitoring: I will monitor the website's uptime. If it is detected down, I will immediately coordinate with the provider to take action.
  • Content Upload: I help you to upload content to your website according to your instructions.
  • Email Account Management: I help create emails, change passwords, and deactivate emails based on your instructions so that the use of email in your office is always protected from the possibility of email issues.
