1. What information do you need from me to get started?
What I Need: Please invite me to be your accountant on QuickBooks or Xero. I will provide my work email address for the invitation. Access you Stripe account, and instructions as discussed. Keep in mind that requirements may vary based on the client and the specific business.
2. How will you categorize all my transactions (income and expenses) without knowing my business workflow?
I will categorize each transaction based on its description. I expertise and research will also be utilized in this process. For transactions with unclear classifications, we will compile them into an Excel sheet and seek your guidance on their categorization. I offer Zoom meetings if any need.
3. Do you offer monthly and ongoing Accounting and Bookkeeping services for long term?
Yes, I am available to provide accounting and bookkeeping services on a weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
4. Are you knowledgeable in GAAP, IFRS and IAS Accounting Standards?

He understood our complex setup with Stripe and Canadian/USA taxes to integrate it in Quickbooks using Acodei app. He also reconciled a few months of transactions like I asked and fixed a few things from deleted transactions.
