Room for improvements: - The delivery date was pushed back. - Clear instructions not followed, had to repeat things several times before they were done.

He was unable to understand and deliver the expectations. Also lacked a lot on communication. I accepted the delivery because he worked twice on this but still couldn't deliver , neither he bothered to communicate enough.
