FAQ
What operating systems do you support?
I work with Windows 10, 11, and basic Ubuntu Linux.
Do I need to have remote-access software?
For the fastest diagnosis, I recommend TeamViewer. Otherwise, you can send detailed screenshots or error logs, and I will guide you step-by-step instead.
Will you back up my data before making changes?
I can walk you through a backup process for free.
Can you fix hardware issues?
I can diagnose hardware faults and advise you on what needs replacement, but I do not provide physical repairs or parts.
What if my computer still has problems after your initial fix?
A follow-up stability check is included. If the same issue persists, I’ll troubleshoot further at no extra charge.
Do you install paid software or only free tools?
I can guide you through installing any paid or licensed software you supply. If you need free alternatives, I’ll recommend and install them.
Do you guarantee my PC will run like new?
I guarantee I’ll perform the best optimization and fixes possible under the flat-rate scope. However, if your hardware is outdated or failing, performance improvements may be limited. In those cases, I’ll clearly explain the hardware limitations and next steps.
How can I be sure my computer is safe when giving remote access?
I use TeamViewer or AnyDesk with your own randomly generated session ID. I never share your credentials or install any permanent software. Once the session ends, you control your machine entirely.
