Please place an order for your chosen package and we will be in touch with some time and date options. Please note, we are based in the UK so our calls are carried out during UK business hours. Exceptions can be made but please contact us to discuss.

What is unlimited messaging?
Our Premium Retainer Service includes unlimited messaging. Please note that this is not task specific, this is a coaching and mentoring service so we will be on hand to answer any questions that you might have. We aim to reply to all messages within 24 hours.
Do I need a webcam?
No, you don't have to appear on camera if you don't want to. We offer voice calls and video calls, whichever you feel more comfortable with.

Personal circumstances can change, what happens if I get too busy to complete a series of calls?
Don't worry, our timings are flexible. If your circumstances change and you're not able to complete a series of calls over a shorter period of time, we will extend the contract up to 270 days. This gives you peace of mind and time to get back on track!
