This service gives you a 1 hour Live Screen Sharing Amazon Training Session with Faye or Simon. We're a husband and wife team, working together regularly. We both know as much as the other when it comes to Amz, and you can be guaranteed that you'll receive an up to date, simple and easy to replicate session.
There's a 10 day delivery on this service. Please don't order until you have some time in your schedule to complete the session. 1-2-1 sessions take place during UK business hours. If you need a session outside of these times, please contact me BEFORE ordering.

Do you offer training in multiple languages?
We are native English speakers and only offer this service in English.
What hours do you work?
We operate on GMT and generally work 'business hours'. If you're based outside of the UK you'll need to understand the time difference. Late nights or earlier mornings can be arranged providing we have a gap in our schedule.
How do I book a time slot?
There's a 10 day delivery on this service. Within 24 hours of ordering we can choose a time that suits us all. Please don’t order until you have some time in your schedule to complete the session.
What technology do I need for the 1 to 1 call?
All calls will be provided on Skype and are conducted in English. If you don't have Skype and are purchasing this service, please download, install and create a free account before our scheduled appointment.
Is there anything you can't help me with?
We do not provide training based on accountancy, tax or business responsibilities (legal). All training we offer meets Amazons ToS. We will always advise if any of your questions relate to an activity outside of your Seller Agreement with Amazon.
How long is a training session?
The session is up to 1 hr. If you terminate the session early, no refunds or part refunds can be given, without exception. If the session overruns, and where time permits, sessions can be extended but may be charged (with your agreement first).
What happens if I miss my arranged training call?
If due to unforeseen circumstances either party are unable to make the session at the agreed time then another will be scheduled to take place within 5 working days. The service will be cancelled if 2 attempts are made and failed by the customer with no refunds given.
Do you work on any products?
Please note - we only work with physical products and also don't offer services relating to media products (books/DVDs etc) or downloads. You are responsible for adhering to all laws within the territory you are selling.
Who is Simon?
Simon is my husband, together we have worked as Amazon Consultants for over 6 years. Simon previously managed the international sales team for a successful private Amazon Business for 10 years. There isn't much he doesn't know when it comes to utilising the Amazon platform.
Do you tell me how to source products to sell on Amazon?
We can advise on different strategies that you may wish to consider when starting out on Amazon. We don't offer a product sourcing service or advise on categories or niches to sell in.
