What happens after I place an order?
After having a look at your "order requirements" I will first design the logo & get it approved from you. Then, I will work on the static designs & show it to you in case you need any changes. After the static designs are approved from you, I will move towards the animations and deliver the project.
Are the samples completely free of charge?
Yes, our samples are absolutely free. Moreover, they will be custom-made based on your specifications and provided to you even before you place your order!
I could not find a package that suits me well, What should I do?
Please contact me by pressing contact seller button. We will discuss your requirements. I can easily send you a custom offer based on your requirements.
What information do you need from me to create a custom Twitch overlay package?
To create a custom Twitch overlay package, we will need information such as your branding assets (references, color scheme, etc.), your social media handles, any specific graphics or images you would like to include. You can check them in the "Order Requirements" Section!
Can we order other than just the stream packages?
Yes, you can always order according to just your needs, although packages are recommended because they have more value for money!
Do you provide discounts on stream package?
I provide discounted offers from time to time, discounts can go upto 30%! But if a buyer has a tight budget, I can always provide a 5-10$ discount. I take care of my buyers!
How many revisions do you make?

Can we deal in different languages?
Yes of course we can, I prefer English but if a buyer has a problem conveying his idea in English, they can always use their native language. I can use google translate.
Do you provide source files for Twitch overlays?
Absolutely! I offer source files for overlays as a gig extra. If you're interested in having access to the original editable files, simply select the appropriate gig extra during the ordering process or you can contact me for them. Thank you!
