No, I do not. All transcriptions are done 100% manually by ear. I carefully listen to your audio, type the text, and thoroughly proofread the document to guarantee the highest quality and eliminate grammar or spelling mistakes.
Can you transcribe audio files with background noise or low quality?
Yes, I can handle files with mild background noise. However, if the audio quality is extremely poor, contains heavy noise, or people are speaking over each other, please contact me before ordering so I can review the file and give you a custom offer.
Are my audio files and documents safe and confidential?
Absolutely. Confidentiality is my top priority. Your files, transcripts, and personal information will never be shared with anyone. I strictly delete all your files from my computer once the order is fully completed and approved.
What file formats will I receive my transcription in?
By default, I deliver the final transcript in Microsoft Word (.docx) format. If you need any specific formatting or a different file type (like Google Docs or .txt), just let me know when placing your order, and I will adapt to your needs.
