About this gig

 I have a very in-depth knowledge of food and cooking techniques of many cultures. I can provide cooking advise, cooking lessons, operations advise for kitchens, catering advise, recipes, recipe revisions, recipe testing, recipe advise, reverse engineering of recipes, food or technique advise, and recipe conversions/scaling.
