I'm a Mechanical Design Engineer with 10+ years in product development. I work mostly with startups and inventors at the point where an idea needs to become something real, something that can actually be manufactured, priced, and sold.
Most of my work is CAD design, 3D modeling, and DFM (design for manufacturability). I do reverse engineering when someone wants to understand how an existing product works or improve on it. I handle technical drawings for manufacturers, 3D printing for prototypes, and renderings.

Should I contact you before placing an order?
Yes. Please send your files, manufacturing process, material, required deliverables, deadline, and production quantity. I will confirm the correct package, price, and delivery time before you order.
What files should I send for a DFM review?
You can send STEP, IGES, Parasolid, STL, SLDPRT, SLDASM, drawings, sketches, or reference images. Please also include the material, manufacturing process, dimensions, and expected production quantity.
What files will I receive?
Depending on the package, deliverables may include SolidWorks source files, STEP, STL, DXF, PDF manufacturing drawings, exploded views, assembly files, BOMs, and a DFM recommendations report.
Can you work from a hand sketch or reference image?
Yes. I can create CAD from sketches, dimensions, photos, or reference products. Since this involves new modelling rather than only a DFM review, please contact me first for an accurate quotation.
Which manufacturing processes do you support?
I can review designs for CNC machining, 3D printing, injection moulding, sheet-metal fabrication, and general mechanical assembly. Please contact me first to confirm suitability for your specific process.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. I can review and sign a reasonable NDA before receiving confidential product files. Please send the agreement through Fiverr before sharing sensitive information.
