Do you provide the red carpet and backdrop?
I provide the red carpet, backdrop, lighting, and photography equipment needed for the activation.
Can you add our company logo and sponsor logos to the backdrop?
Yes. Standard and Premium packages include a custom step-and-repeat backdrop designed with your branding and sponsor logos.
How much space do you need?
Ideally, I need an area approximately 10ft x 10ft for the red carpet and backdrop setup.
How long does setup take?
Most red carpet setups take 30-60 minutes before guests arrive.
When will we receive our photos?
Edited photos are typically delivered within 5-7 business days after the event.
Do you travel outside New York City?
Yes. I am available throughout the Tri-State area. Additional travel fees may apply depending on location.
Can you photograph large groups?
The red carpet setup is optimized for individuals and small groups of up to 5 people per image. Larger group photos are not included in this service.
What types of events do you cover?
Corporate events, galas, fundraisers, conferences, networking events, awards ceremonies, nonprofit events, and private celebrations.
Is the recap video included in every package?
No. Event recap videos are included only in the Premium package.
What happens if my event runs longer than expected?
Additional coverage can be added for an hourly fee. Contact me before booking if you anticipate extended coverage.
