No. Fiverr does not allow selling "GUARANTEED SERVICES OR RESULTS" when it comes to SEO. This service increases the percentage chance of getting indexed.

The success rate ratio for website pages is 80% to 100%. This can be improved if all your website pages have internal links, but that is not something I can control. Some niches also do no index well, like gambling, sex, crypto, nfts, forex.

The backlinks indexing success ratio is between 60% to 100%. That's why i can't give you all links indexing guarantee.
