A Telegram or email ping for new orders, and when stock of an item drops below your number
A daily or weekly sales summary sent to your phone
If a step fails, you get an alert, so problems don't go unnoticed

n8n, Zapier, Google Apps Script or Python. I pick the cheapest one that fits your setup and tell you any plan costs before we start. It all runs in your own accounts.

I'm a developer and analyst who builds things that save online sellers time. Programming since 2014 in Python and Java, mostly computer-vision tools and AI.
What I do: Etsy, Shopify and Amazon listing SEO, spreadsheet automation (PDF to Sheets, Apps Script, Python), and order automation with n8n and Zapier.

FAQ
Do I have to pay for n8n, Zapier or other tools?
Sometimes. Everything runs in your own accounts, so any plan costs are yours. I tell you before we start and use free options (Google Apps Script, free tiers) where they can do the job.
Do you need my passwords?
No. You connect your own accounts or create API keys and paste them in yourself. I guide you step by step in writing.
What happens if it breaks later?
Failure alerts tell you when a step stops. The handover doc covers the common fixes. Premium includes 14 days of fixes; after that, message me for a quote.
Will AI send messages to my customers?
Not unless you ask for it. In the lead workflow, AI only writes a draft. You read it and send it yourself.
