Can you model the product from scratch?
Yes! I can create your product model from scratch based on references, sketches, or photos. Please provide as much detail as possible (angles, dimensions, material, etc.) for best accuracy.
Do you support CAD or OBJ files?
I work with common 3D formats such as .OBJ, .FBX, and .BLEND. If you have a file in another format (like STEP or CAD), please export it as .OBJ or .FBX before sending. Feel free to message me if you're not sure — I’ll be happy to help!
What formats will I receive?
You'll receive your final animation in Full HD (MP4) or 4K, depending on the package. I can also send you source files (.c4d, .fbx, .obj) if requested.
What is not included in the base price?
The base price does not include 3D modeling (if you don’t provide a model), voice-over, custom music, or exploded/X-ray views. These are available as add-ons.
Can you add music or sound effects?
Yes, music and sound design are available for Standard and Premium packages, or as an add-on.
Will I be able to review the animation before delivery?
Of course! You’ll get a progress check preview and up to 2–5 revisions depending on your package.
