What does managing my email and domain DNS include?
Admin tasks on Google Workspace, Zoho or Microsoft 365, such as users, aliases, groups and routing, plus DNS record changes like MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Your package sets how many tasks are included.
How many tasks does each package cover?
Basic covers up to 3 tasks, Standard up to 8 and Premium up to 15, which can be sent over 14 days. A task is one clear change, such as adding a user or editing a DNS record. More can be added with an extra.
How do you access my admin consoles and DNS safely?
I use admin or delegated roles in Google Workspace, Zoho and Microsoft 365 and your registrar's sharing feature, never your passwords. If sharing is not offered, we can use a screen share. I remove my access after delivery.
Can you manage more than one provider on my domain?
Yes. The tasks in your package can be split across Google Workspace, Zoho and Microsoft 365 if you use more than one. Each package covers the domains shown, and more domains can be added with an extra.
Will DNS changes affect my live email or website?
I back up your DNS records first, test after each change and tell you before any MX change, since that decides where new mail arrives. Short interruptions can still happen, so we agree the timing in chat.
