FAQ
What do SPF, DKIM and DMARC do for cold email domains?
SPF lists which servers may send for your domain, DKIM signs each message, and DMARC tells receivers what to do when checks fail. Receivers use all three to decide whether to trust mail from a new sending domain.
How many domains and inboxes does each package cover?
Basic covers 1 domain and up to 3 inboxes, Standard up to 3 domains and 9 inboxes, and Premium up to 10 domains and 30 inboxes. More domains and inboxes can be added with an extra.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Your domain names, where their DNS is managed, a Google Workspace admin invite for the inboxes, and the sending tool you use for outreach, if any. Tell me if the domains already have SPF, DKIM or DMARC records.
Do I need DMARC on every cold email domain?
Yes, mail providers expect it on sending domains. I add a DMARC record to each domain in your package, starting in monitoring mode so nothing is blocked while we watch the results.
How will I know the records are working on each inbox?
I send test emails from your inboxes and show the pass or fail result for SPF, DKIM and DMARC in the message headers. DNS changes can take several hours to spread, so I retest after they settle.
