About this gig
Answering the same customer questions all day? I'll build an AI assistant that replies instantly on Telegram or your website, using your own FAQs, documents and product information.
I've built custom Telegram bots for businesses (rated 5 stars by every client so far) and AI tools such as an applicant-screening system that reads CVs and ranks candidates automatically.
What your chatbot can do:
- Answer questions from your FAQ, website pages or PDFs
- - Remember the conversation and ask follow-up questions
- - Look up orders, bookings or stock through your database or API
- - Collect leads and send them to you or your CRM
- - Hand the chat over to a human when needed
- - Reply in English, Amharic or other languages the model supports
Built with GPT, Claude or Gemini, whichever fits your budget and needs. You get the source code, setup on your server or mine, and a short guide for updating the bot's knowledge.
Tell me where the bot should live and what it should answer, and I'll suggest the right package.

Flutter and Android developer with 8 years of experience building mobile apps for iOS and Android, and Telegram bots rated 5 stars by every client so far. I build apps end to end: UI, Firebase or Node.js backend, push notifications, payments and store publishing. A recent project is the ETiCPA member portal: certification, exams and payments for 2,500+ students and members. I also do game development. I work through Sweaven Solutions PLC, a software company in Addis Ababa, so bigger projects have a team behind them. Message me with your idea and I will reply with a plan and a fixed quote.
