What are the phases of the service?
You will mail me your products (I am in Rome) - I will send you moodboards to approve - once approved I will photograph your products - I will send you the raw images of your products - Once approved I will edit them - I will send you the edited images to approve
Do I need to ship you my products?
Yes, I live in Rome.
How will I receive my products back at the end of the service?
After approving the edited images, you will send me a return label to allow me to resend your products
In what file formats do you deliver photos?
I can deliver files in jpg, png, tiff and/or psd. If you need it again in a specific file format, please let us know and I'll be happy to check to make sure I can deliver in that file format.
