Which spreadsheet formats do you accept and deliver?
I accept and deliver XLSX or CSV files. If your source is in Google Sheets, export it as XLSX or CSV and upload it through Fiverr. I do not open or edit a live shared sheet or sign in to an external cloud account.
What counts as one row, record and source page?
A simple supplied row has up to 10 populated cells. A researched record covers one non-sensitive entity and up to five requested facts. Each public URL opened to find or verify a fact counts as one source page. The first package limit reached defines the included scope.
How do you handle information that is missing or inconsistent?
I follow your written source priority, record the source URL and mark missing or conflicting facts clearly instead of guessing. I can correct my transfer or formatting errors within the included revision, but I cannot guarantee that public sources are complete or current.
Do we need a call, and will you contact people or companies?
No. Requirements, questions, feedback, approvals and delivery stay in writing on Fiverr. Calls, interviews, lead generation, acquisition, emails, messages and any other contact with third parties are outside this service.
