What are the softwares you use for takeoffs?
For takeoffs, I use Planswift and Bluebeam. Excel sheets are used to represent all the estimates and values.
Can you do pricing as well other than Material Takeoffs?
Yes, I can do the pricing of projects as well, I use the RS Means system for item cost calculations.
How fast can you deliver?
Usually, It depends upon the scope and scale of the project. For a small residential project, I can deliver within 2 days.
Do i provide markup files as well?
Yes, I provide markup PDF files with the takeoff & estimate
Can you handle the commercial projects?
Yes, I have worked on a number of commercial buildings estimates as well.
Can you provide your portfolio?
Yes, you can ask for my previous work. You can check them as markup drawings PDFs and Excel Sheets
