A commercial real estate offering memorandum is a tool used to introduce prospective investors and users to available real estate opportunities. Including several property specific sections, real estate offering memorandums include table of contents, executive summary, property photos, real estate maps/aerials, market overview, tenant information, rent roll, and any other property specific details that are dependent upon investment and property type.

I have been a graphic designer in the commercial real estate industry for 8+ years.
My clients are some of the biggest brokerages, developers and national retailers in the US. I have experience in creating property flyers, offering memorandums, portfolio books for ICSC, tour books, and trade area aerials for retailers. I customize everything to match your branding.
I have done work for Tesla, Skechers, Trader Joes, Costa Vida, and El Pollo Loco just to name a few. In 2019, I helped bring 2 first-to-market national retailers with my marketing materials.
FAQ
Where do you pull demos/car counts from?
I have a yearly subscription to SitesUSA (Sites to do Business), an industry accepted program that I use to pull my demos/car counts and aerials out of. This is a subscription I pay for so my clients do not have to.
Is your price negotiable?
I spend 12+ hours on an OM which includes a custom template, research on the property and trade area, calling the area's economic development and chamber of commerce, pulling aerials and demographics. This website takes 20% of all sales so I work on a very thin margin.

In my day job, I work on $5M - $100M ground-up developments throughout the US on a daily basis. I have been a graphic designer in the commercial real estate for over 9 years working with the best retailers, developers, and brokers in the industry.
