Do I need an existing process map?
No. We can start with a discovery call. You or a team member who knows the workflow will explain what happens, and I will ask questions about steps, decisions, systems, and handoffs.
What counts as one process?
One process has a clear trigger and endpoint, such as receiving a signed agreement through completing a client kickoff. A department’s entire operations usually includes several processes. We will agree on the boundary before ordering.
What is a node, and how do the limits work?
A node is one activity or decision shown on a map. Package limits apply to each map. I will confirm the expected size before ordering; multiple actions will not be squeezed into one box to avoid a scope discussion.
Will you implement the improvements?
Standard and Premium include proposed improvements and a written action plan. Your team implements the changes. Software configuration, integrations, automation, and ongoing change management are not included.
What files will I receive?
You will receive a PDF and an editable diagram source, with the format agreed before ordering. Standard and Premium also include an editable action plan. Please mention any required diagram software when you contact me.
Are time or cost savings guaranteed?
No. Findings are based on the information and data available. I will separate observed issues from assumptions and suggest measures your team can use to evaluate changes.
What does a revision include?
A revision is one consolidated round of corrections or refinements to the agreed process and deliverables. New processes, additional stakeholders, or a substantial change in scope require a separate quote.
