Will the bot make things up?
It answers only from the information you give me, and I test it with tricky questions before delivery (wrong times, discounts, requests for card details). When it doesn't know, it passes the chat to you instead of guessing.
What does it cost to run?
A small server (about $5/month) plus AI usage on your own API key, typically $5-10/month for around 1,000 customer messages. I'll estimate your usage before you order.
Do I need a server? I'm not technical.
You need a small cloud server in your name (for example a $5/month VPS). I help you create it and do the full setup. The bot runs 24/7 and restarts automatically.
Can it take bookings automatically?
It collects the booking details (service, day, time, staff) and sends them to you instantly; you confirm in the chat. Direct calendar booking isn't included in this gig; message me if you need it.
Which languages does it speak?
It replies in the customer's language. I test it in English and one more language of your choice.
Do I own the bot?
Yes. It runs on your server with your bot token and API key, and you get the full source code.
