Yes, please send me a message describing your issue before ordering. I will review the requirements and help you choose the right package for your project.
What types of bugs can you fix?
I can investigate issues in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, existing web applications and Supabase based projects. This includes broken buttons, forms, layout problems and certain database related errors. Please contact me to confirm your specific issue.
What information do you need to get started?
Please provide a clear description of the problem, steps to reproduce it, relevant error messages and screenshots if available. I may also need access to the relevant source code or a test environment. Never send passwords or production credentials.
How many bugs are included in each package?
The Basic package covers one small, clearly defined bug. Standard covers up to two small bugs, and Premium covers up to three agreed bugs. The final scope must be confirmed before ordering.
What if my problem is more complicated?
If your project needs extensive debugging, major code changes or new features, please contact me first. After reviewing your requirements, I can discuss a suitable custom offer without promising a fix before investigating the issue.
