If your website looks dated or doesn't explain what you do in the first few seconds, I can help. I design and build clean, fast websites for small businesses and SaaS products, and I can add a help center so customers find answers without emailing you.
I designed and built ZeroFile from scratch: the file tools themselves, which run right in the browser, plus the homepage and the help page. I also designed and built a custom help center theme for a SaaS company. You can see both in the gallery.
My day job is Customer Success Manager at a SaaS company, so I write every page the way customers read it.

Hi, I'm Bashar, a Customer Success Manager at a SaaS company. I spend most of my day in Zendesk, working on triggers, automations, SLAs, macros, ticket forms and our help center. I also write help articles, build support reports and run live training webinars for our users.

What do you build websites with?

Do I pay for hosting and a domain?
Yes, you buy the domain and own it. Hosting costs depend on the site. I'll recommend an option and tell you the monthly cost before we start.
Can I see your work?
Yes. The gallery shows ZeroFile, a set of browser-based file tools I designed and built from scratch, and a help center theme I made for a SaaS company, shown with sample content.
Will I be able to edit the site myself?
Small text changes are quick for me to make. If you need to edit pages yourself often, tell me before ordering and we'll pick a setup that allows it.
Do you write the text for the pages?
Yes, if you'd like. Send me what you have, even rough notes, and I'll turn it into clear copy. You approve every page before it goes live.
Do you use AI?
Yes. I use AI coding tools to build faster, and I review and test every page myself on desktop and mobile. I never share your private data with AI tools.
What happens after the site is live?
You get full access to the site and its code. If something I built breaks in the first 14 days, I fix it for free.
Can you maintain the site after launch?
Yes. I offer monthly or yearly care plans: small text and image changes, updates, and a regular check that everything works. Message me after delivery and I'll send you a custom offer.
